Easy install, app worked great and setup very easy. Used for monitoring my driveway. Works with alexa and the micro sd card ( which you need to buy) a 128 gig will probably work from month of recording. I highly recommend this camera..

Update: finally got in touch with customer service and it turns out that when this happens it’s due to an unstable Update not working properly. From there they tried to help me fix the issue then sent me replacements when it didn’t work new ones work fine but I’m a little worried it’ll happen again
Had them since July they worked very well aside from the occasional motion jamming but all in all not bad, then all of a sudden they BOTH stopped working for no reason whatsoever. Messaged the sellers and they ignore my calls and don’t reply to my messages, avoid the heartbreaking and look for something else

This is a great camera. I have several in Wansview cloud already and happy to add it and use it so easily. I really like that it can be hung from the corner with a top mount screw. You can see how valuable that is in the rotation picture where I can see both my patio and deck from the same location. The night vision is good and it also has a light if you want to see color at night or light your way. The best thing about these cameras is that they use an SD card for storage so you don¡¯t have to pay the cloud storage if you don¡¯t want to. Might need to get another one of these!

The camera is a good deal for the price. Once you figure out the software through trial and error, it is a good security camera to have. Excellent picture quality. I had a problem with it 5 days ago, and the support group was on it right away to attempt to fix it. When it couldn’t be fixed, they shipped me a new camera. It’s back in operation in 5 days.

Bought 2 of these cameras 2 months ago. After a month, they wouldn’t move except one direction. Figured that was fine, will use them without moving. All the sudden both cameras go offline, won’t reset, and won’t do anything even though have power and had been working fine. Guess you get what you pay for. Don’t buy these unless you want to have to replace them after a couple months. And mind you, these have been mounted in the same spots and not touched, yet 2 months later they both stopped working.
Update:They sent me 2 new ones free of charge. A couple days after getting those, the software is malfunctioning and not letting me review video. One had blurry video right out of the box.
Would not recommend these cameras. I’m going w a different one.

Only lasted 3 weeks, died 2 days after the return window closed. Lost connection, I went out to check on it. I reset it, I put in a new SD card, made sure the power was plugged in. It never turned back on.
While it lasted, it worked. It was never amazing. The frame rate of the camera is terrible, it’s like watching “The Ring” watching a video of a person stuttering from place to place when you watch recordings. The night vision is weird, it kind of works but as soon as the motion detector turns on the light, it has to switch to the daylight camera and there is a transition where no video is recorded.
The video quality is pretty terrible. It is definitely not 2k, or if it is 2k it is still terrible.
Their app has bad reviews, but it does work.
One good feature. This camera is motorized. You are able to move the position of the camera in the app. That is a nice feature, but the controls are coarse, you can’t fine-tune the position, it’s like you barely tap the button to turn it and it rotates a lot.
Overall, definitely save the money for a better camera.

The camera was easy to set up. I just plugged in the cord to the camera and then plugged it into the electrical outlet. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions to set it up.Using the Wansview Cloud app you can monitor the camera from anywhere you are, and you can control the pan/tilt functions of the camera manually to get a 360¡ã view of the area. The camera has good motion detection and alert features that can be adjusted or turned on/off within the app. If alert is setup and the camera detects motion it will record a short video clip which you can review using the app. It also has very bright LED lights that can illuminate the area upon detection which may be useful to scare away prowlers or animals. Also included are infrared LED’s for night vision.

This little camera has great picture quality and I love the motion activated spot light. I purchased this product to keep an eye on animals in my garden. The app is super easy to use and I can check the camera from anywhere. The spot light deters critters, which I love. The camera has been outside through two heavy storms with no issue. The night vision is clear as can be. Very very happy with this product.

Simple to set up/ connect to wifi. REALLY like the ability to rotate the camera to see everywhere. The speaker is LOUD, I use it to holler at my dogs, works to get the pup off the solar panels also, lol. The siren is LOUD, and they both are clear and easily activated. Leave the WANSVIEW app off-cam and active to enable fast reconnect to the camera when you want to see what is going on. I have found that if I close it on my phone and IPAD it takes longer to connect. I have to travel 140miles round trip to get groceries. I can see all around my property and all roads in to it, in seconds when I am there. Really a good feeling being sure that during bad weather, I can see what is happening there. I HAD an Easycam v3 but would have to have 3 and all active to get the coverage ONE of these cameras give. HIGHLY recommend you try tese before wasting money on more expensive cameras that won’t do what this one does. I use a 128GB card in mine, I get a lot of wildlife here in the desert and this enables me to see them all. Now I have a record of package deliveries or NOT when they claim they delivered. Any visitors, I see who and when they came by. Wonderful for those of us that live off grid. I power my camera from my solar bank.

Updates on 9/2/2022:
After further working with tech support, the company shipped the 2nd broken camera. With this kind of support, changed 3 star rating to 5 star.
Updates on 8/24/2019: Contacted the tech support about the issue. The tech provided a couple of suggestions to resolve the problem, such as reset cameras to factory defaults and upgrade cameras to a new firmware. Tried all of them with failures. Finally, the tech support agreed to replace both cameras, but only one was received. My general feeling is that the company does care about customers and tried everything to help customers solving problems. This kind of attitude is really appreciate. That’s why changing one star rating to three. The reason not giving five-star rating is that the quality of cameras does have some problems, which costs energy and time to work on them. Plus, only one camera was replaced.
Updates on 8/19/2022: Purchased two on 5/29/2022. After a power glitch this morning, both are completely dead now as shown in the photo attached. Followed instructions to try every means survive them with no success. So, literally they can only live 3 months, and then became junkies. Don’t buy or you waste your money for a product only survive 3 months.

This is an amazing camera. The night vision is great, the fact that it lets you turn if the led indicator off so they won¡¯t know if the camera is on or off is great. Love the neighbor privacy settings to jot intrude on your neighbors privacy. Another amazing feature is how easy it is to move the camera from your phone . Not many cameras offer that feature. It is color (not like many other cameras just black and white) and it has night vision. You can program it to turn on the bright led lights to warn intrudes that you are recording but then why warn them you want to catch them red handed. You can program the schedule you want it to be on how sensitive you want it to be to motion and to noise it¡¯s amazing all the way around . Can¡¯t believe the price of the camera for all the features it offers. Well worth the money.

We bought the camera to keep an eye on the door when we aren’t home. What I LOVE: Super easy set up–basically plug and play. Scan a couple of QR codes and you are ready to go. I had this camera out of the box and installed in about 15 minutes. I LOVE that you can use the app to swivel the camera to different positions and zoom in. The night vision works well. The motion detector works great! I am happy I chose this model. It worked great with my Starlink system. I highly recommend this camera.

Ok this camera is awesome. What I like about it is the option to select bright spot light in color at night upon motion or typical infrared light. The images are sharp and vivid. Video recording can be done on internal sd card or cloud service. It has a strong stable connection to wifi thanks to the dual antennas. What are you waiting for, go ahead and get this camera, you won¡¯t regret it.

I purchased two cameras. The first camera was easy to set up. I just plugged in the cord to the camera and then plugged it into the electrical outlet. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions to set it up. With the second camera, the power cord wouldn’t snap into the camera, therefore, not able to keep power to the camera. I contacted the company to rectify the problem. They were prompt in replying to my issue. I explained what was wrong, and they asked for information about the camera. I had to send in a video showing what was wrong with the camera. They sent me a replacement right away. Great customer service. If I need another camera, I will get this one again.

I was worried about a difficult set up. It was the opposite. So simple. The unit talks you through it. You¡¯ll need your router password, a 2.4g router setting and close proximity to your router during setup. There is no wiring. You¡¯ve got about a five ft power cord to reach an outlet after installation. You will want to buy a 128 micro mini card for recording. This little camera is incredible. Sound, range of motion, color is way more than I expected. The app is downloaded to 2 tablets and several phones. It¡¯s much more than I hoped. Very happy.

– 24/7 recording and/or motion detection recording to SD card, card not included. Works with 128GB. You can set to overwrite old video when card is full or you manually format card.
– Replaying 24/7 recording can be a challenge. Shows light blue color meaning it has recording but sometimes you select a date/time and click play, the time skip and no video or says no recording. Fix is to format SD card, change to motion detection recording and then back to 24/7 recording. So I check everyday to be safe.
– Local storage recording is 10 seconds. Pay for cloud storage to increase recording time. Better if recording stop when camera no longer detects motions.
– Motion detection and sensitivity level is accurate. But there’s 3-5 seconds delay getting notification on your phone. Detection area is either square/rectangle so not granular.
– Speaker picks up surrounding noise and microphone is good.
– Not sure if quality is quite 2K but pictures and videos are good quality.
– 3 night modes, infrared (black/white), full color (LED stays on all the time), intelligent (LED turns on with motion), are nice features. LED brightness is good for the price, less bright then more expensive brand of course.
– Easy to set up, scan QR code and enter 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi info. Make sure your phone is also connected to same 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. Best to configure camera next to router and then move it afterward.
– Pan/tilt covers a large area. Zoom is good enough for the price. No pan/tilt with motion though.
– Did not configure with Alex or Google Assistant so cannot comment.
– Only 1 primary account for 1 camera. Primary can share camera with secondary account. Only primary can delete recording, view replay (24/7 recording), edit preset, and change settings. Secondary account is for viewing live feed, pan/tilt/zoom or only motion recording (alert, no replay).
– You can enable fingerprint to unlock app. Nice feature

Once again Wansview has issued another great product. This is my 7th camera, and from the first one to this one they have all worked fine. They have gotten better over the years as well. This is a perfect pet sitting camera. I got this camera in order to watch my pets when I¡¯m out doing errands and it works above and beyond. I really like that you can see both day and night in color and not just black and white. It allows one to put a motion sensor siren or light if one desires from the app. The app itself is simple to use which is something I appreciated. The only minor issue I had was setting up the Wi-Fi, however, customer support is available and within minutes of contacting them, I had the camera ready. This camera was easy to install. We bought it to help keep my elderly dad in view when he went outside to get paper or just sit outside. He wanted to see who was sometimes taking his newspaper. The newspaper didn’t disappear after the camera was installed. It is powered, so we don’t have to worry about changing batteries. When my dad was hospitalized and in rehab, it provided an excellent security camera, with notifications to our cell phones, via the Wansview Cloud app, when there was motion. It is very sensitive to motion and we had to adjust so we didn’t get notifications every time birds flew overhead and cast a shadow. We knew when packages were delivered and if there were any visitors while he was gone. Love this camera and would recommend it to anyone who needs additional security.

This camera is awesome. It’s my first of the ptz, is smooth. Takes some getting used to as it doesn’t have a “speed” adjustment to move it half as far per click. Just takes a minute longer to set it exactly where you want it. Then you can save the position. Once saved you tap the different positions to cycle between them quickly.
I can see the advantage of having tracking ability, but they never said it has it.
Extremely happy for what I paid. Gets a camera on the pool area, gets me ability to see the driveway too.

Before the camera even arrived I got a message from the seller thanking me, and detailing some common issues with setup and how to work through them. But it hooked right up without an issue! And the camera work great! Blew my expectations away with the crystal clear image, the smooth movement of the camera the ease to navigate the app and control the camera. It is just a great camera! The sound is not choppy and very clear, and its easy to hear and understand when someone is talking to you through the camera. Plus it has some great security features for remote monitoring your home or business. The power cord is a bit small but that can easily be fixed by buying a longer power cord that fits USB to mini USB. Overall I am more than satisfied with my purchase and will most definitely buy through this seller again!
