I had this camera on, set up and linked into my Wanesview app in under 3 minutes. We mounted it outside at our cabin to keep an eye on the place when we are away. The imagery is available in FHD or SD. Our internet isn’t the best in the remote area where our cabin is, so I love that I can switch to SD if needed to decrease the bandwith pull. In FHD, the photos are crystal clear. The motion detection light is pretty sensitive, so I opted to shut that feature off. I can do that remotely as well, though, which I love because I can change that being 90 minutes away from the cabin. I also love that I can remotely pan the camera in almost any angle I need. The one exception is straight up, because of the mounting system, but any other way, including straight down works perfectly.

This camera was very easy to install. The camera quality is good as well! My favorite tool with this camera is I am able to add my family members to it so they can check up on my house as well if I am unable too and I can remove them if need be. Overall I would give this a 5/5 star review.

I waited a little while to review this camera to really test it out. I love everything about this camera but ESPECIALLY the ability to rotate the view. It allows me to see a bigger area without having to install additional outdoor cameras and it seems a lot of outdoor cameras are fixed position. The night vision is perfect and the sound is also very clear!

This product was great in the beginning, but a month later, the left panning wasn’t working. I had to manually turn the camera to its left, and pan it back to its right. After 3 months, it is not working at all. I tried to reset and almost everything to bring it back to its life, but there was no use. In addition, this company push notifications too often to promote their other products and services. Cheap product with a scam to induce good review. Must avoid this one for sure even though it is dirt cheap.

Very happy with this security camera! It was easy to set up and picks up the wifi in our metal building shop without a problem. I like that we can set the motion alarm to go off for certain areas of the viewing area. I have it set for the driveway entrance so I am alerted when someone pulls in the drive. The video quality is good. We have a different camera set up on our chicken coop, but this camera is far superior in video quality.

I ordered this camera and about 2 1/2 months when it quit working. Apparently it wouldn¡¯t accept the new firmware. So after trying everything we could with the company they sent out a new one. This camera has the current firmware in it and is working great. Excellent customer service with Jasmine.

So this camera is a 4.5 out of 5. I love the camera itself. It is sensitive so finding the right setting can be important. I love the spotlight that shines and the picture is great. I take off a bit for mounting. I use these cameras for monitoring livestock, so finding a level spot can be difficult. A little duct tape and it’s just fine. There may be a spot to add a small anchoring screw at the top for appearance sake. I actually ordered 2 more already.

I bought 2 cameras for outdoor surveillance. The cameras have a great picture and I really liked the 360 degree maneuverability. However, they only lasted 2 months before they both died. Jessie in Customer Service was awesome. He sent me firmware updates but we just couldn¡¯t get the cameras back up and running. He offered me replacement cameras or a refund. But after reading the other reviews this seems to be a recurring quality problem. I appreciate Jessie¡¯s help but I will be looking at purchasing a different more durable brand.

Camera was easy to install but had to type in Wansview Cloud to find it on Apple Play. Also There was no Y4 choice to choose when adding the camera but I chose one that looks like it (Outdoor Camera W9) and it installed just fine. Went through settings icon to set to choose card storage instead of cloud (APP had to format my card from my old camera said it needed it), turned motion detection to trigger recording off but kept light turning on at night for motion detection. Bought a black 25′ Micro USB to USB A cable to replace the white 6′ cable that came with it from . Doesn’t have color night vision since it probably uses the 2 red LEDs at night and shows in grayscale as most cameras with night vision do. Camera is 2K so not as focused as 4K. But works well for price.

My wife and I had our first baby in the beginning of June, and as we were preparing for his arrival, I knew that we needed a nursery camera. I did not want a traditional baby monitor as I wanted to be able to see from this camera from anywhere that I had wifi. The app worked liked a charm and this is the second camera that I have bought from this company. I figured we’d need a camera wherever he might be hanging out for awhile, enter the kitchen/living room. The camera is clear, night vision is great to see our dog aimlessly wandering at night, and the sound is perfect. We can hear our baby anytime. It also works great with echo’s. We have two echoes, one in our bedroom and one in the kitchen. We love these cameras and will continue to add to our count as we have more little ones and want to beef up our outdoor security over the blink system.

I like the many features. You can pan , tilt and zoom the camera. There are 3 night view selections. Infared, full color and alarm mode. The spotlght can be set to turn on when motion is detected to turn around intruders. The outdoor camera will detect movement and record to cloud and or SD card while sending alerts to your cell phone if desired.
You also have two way voice to listen to your family and or speak to them. The data is encryted so no one can view your camera exceopt you. What I like the most is day or night the vision is clear.

unbeatable price and quality, my camera stop working few weeks ago, and i contacted the Support Center and found out they update the system Firmware, which means I have to update my camera to the new Firmware to make it working again, so they emailed me the new Firmware and step by step how to install it to the camera the next day. now my camera is working again. keep up the good work, you just have a very happy customer for life.

My backyard is poorly lit and loses its light in rain so I wanted an extra security measure. The camera was super easy to install and set up. Picture quality is good even in darkness, and the motion sensors works really well, picking up people and even a fox. In a pinch it could also probably work well as a pet camera.

This camera is amazing, I love that it can rotate from left to right and up and down. The software to control the camera is very user friendly and if you have a SD card you can store all of your footage cloud free and when it¡¯s full it just writes over the oldest footage but you can save it on your phone or PC before it does that if you want. This gives me peace of mind and recommend it to others.

This camera has been great so far. It connected quick and easy. The picture is about what you expect from these security cameras, nobody is filming a TV show with it but you can see good details. The motion detection is a little wonky. It either doesn’t pick up any movement or it picks up every speck of dust fluttering around. The speaker is a little tinny but picks up sound pretty good. All in all I highly recommend this camera if you’re looking for some security without breaking the bank.

I have been pleased with this camera. It has pretty good image quality and I love that it has local storage. I like not having to subscribe to a service in order to rewatch events from the camera. If I could improve 2 things I would like a wider field of view and motion tracking. I like that this also has a light integrated to achieve full color viewing at night if needed.

Don’t buy this camera
As the title implies, 30 days after purchase and no more RETURN option and now the app was updated and wants me to pay for PROTECTION PLAN to be able to review recorded motion detection events on my SD card older than 48 hours, unlike what it was able to do when I first got it and could go back to any date/time and play what was recorded when a motion had been detected and recorded.
I chose this camera because of THAT feature and not wanting to be forced to pay for cloud service.
The update changed some of the functions and took away what I bought this thing for being able to have my videos saved on SD card for review. I would not recommend this poorly documented camera (no users manual), there are other cameras that don’t try to trap users into paying for things that they don’t need …… CLOUD SERVICE, PROTECTION PLAN etc ……… Don’t buy this camera

Others who complain about picture quality or whatever, come on! Look, you aren’t by a ultra HD super spy security here. You are paying $30 for a camera so align expectations with that. This is great for having awareness of the area. It gives you good eyes on and doesn’t break the bank. Don’t complain about needing to pay for cloud storage because every thing these days is subscription or your data is used as payment (Google). Is it made in China, of course. Do I want to buy from China, not really. Did I have a bunch of extra inflated money to spend, no. Bottom line, it’s great for $30!
