Tried to thread it onto my tripod and the female part that I was screwing the tripod into cracked in half and came crumbling apart. Definitely cheaply made. If you want to cast anything from your phone, this doesn’t have bluetooth so you’ll need a chromecast to wirelessly play things, it doesn’t just plug and play from a hard drive either, so nothing can be done without some extra wires the old school way. Also the picture doesn’t fully come into clarity so you have to decide if you want the left or right side of your picture to be clearer. Other than that, you pretty much get what you pay for.

My wife purchased this for me as a Christmas gift and I finally got around to setting it up for March Madness. The picture quality and sound were great, and we only had it hooked up with a Roku. There was one minor issue that didn’t affect quality or functionality, and the seller replaced it for free – even sent it back using expedited shopping. Will totally recommend to others!

This was my first projector I purchased just to test it out as an alternative to a bulky tv. The sound is amazing and the picture can be ok with the 100¡± screen included. However, brightness of picture was not too good and you can forget about watching anything unless you¡¯re room is pitch black. I am a gamer and streamer so when it came to using my console on it the quality was terrible. It was either a choice of being able to see things on a smaller (42¡±) size or straining your eyes if you¡¯re not smack dab infront of it. And it seems after a few months a dark spot has developed in the center of the picture. But the biggest issue now is that in middle of my gaming, the picture completely disappears and the projector will only have sound. So now I am unable to use it without the video cutting out after awhile.

This projector was easy to connect and project onto the screen that was provided. The only downside was the audio – not loud enough on the projector itself and had to use a speaker to connect and project the cinema sound we were wanting. It is a great set up for families looking for simple and easy set-up.

Couldn’t be happier!!! The photo in my review is DURING THE DAY!!! This projector is easy to use, a breeze to set up and it’s sound quality omg. I’ve had real speakers that couldn’t keep up to this projector (and it’s only on half volume so far!!) Only note, have two AAA batteries ready for your remote!

The projector itself is pretty okay for the price, but if you¡¯re buying this to watch stuff on it like shows or movies- do not buy this. The motor is so freaking loud, as soon as I pulled it out of the box and turned it on the motor sounded like it was overheating and the projector heats up pretty quickly too.
UPDATE: The company reached out to me and actually replaced my projector with a better one, I really appreciate that! Apparently mine was defective and thats why the motor was so loud. Great customer service all around and now I would say to buy this product with ease of mind that if it does come faulty the company will fix the problem ASAP!

Setup was easy, and the home menu has everything that you need to get started. The quality was surprisingly decent for the price and you could even watch movies during the day.
100 inch The screen was also a nice bonus!

It gets the job done. We recently lost everything in a fire and for our temporary home we bought projectors while our home is rebuilt to save space. This was easier and cheaper than getting new TV for every room. Not the most vibrant color, and you definitely need to add a sound bar but I would highly recommend.

I love this projector! I mainly use this to project on my ceiling as I lay in bed with headphones on. I can’t hear the projector fan through the headphones. When I use it with the screen provided and without headphones, it is a tad noisy, but it mostly gets drowned out.

At this price point I’m impressed by the sturdiness and picture quality, in pitch black situation I feel like I’m in a small theater in my living room. Great for the price and I tend to send stuff back that doesn’t meet my expectations. In low light situations is still ok but with a light on in the room is easy to get distracted from the “screen”. Haven’t tried the screen that came with.

Had this for a few months now, works perfectly during the day even better at night. Remote is a little precise on where it needs to be pointed.. but still works good. Picture looks great. And sound gets pretty loud, don¡¯t even notice the fan unless you turn the volume off lol.

As I said the projection was not bright enough. Very low contrast with colors. I watched it at night with black out curtains. The fan is also very loud! When I had subtitles on it would ¡°ghost¡± step and repeat on the screen. I have to return this.

If you are like me and wondering if watching high action and content rich movies on a projector can be as good as a large screen TV, then read on! I had an issue that I had a huge wall (100+ inch) where I wanted to put a nice OLED 75″ TV but live in an apartment and wanted to wait until I i bought my house to drop that investment. I started doing research on projectors and came across this one under $100 and thought…hey what the hell..lets give it a try! It ended up being so amazing to project to a 100″ wall, turn off all the lights and was like being in a theater. Could see the movie all the way out to the parking lot 500 ft away when I left my living room curtains open! great picture and compact projector for the price. On a side note, had it it hooked up to an optical cable from a sound bar feeding in to an apple TV to the HDMI com port so could stream anything through the projector so definitely can make this a high tech device!

I bought this projector about a month ago. Overall it’s small, lightweight and the picture and sound isn’t bad at all. However, I’m having the same problems as other reviewers where the picture cuts out about an hour or hour and a half into a movie, game ect. Sometimes if I restart the projector the picture comes back up but more often than not I have to wait 10-30 minutes which makes me think that the small fan isn’t cooling the system off enough for it to keep working. Again I’m not entirely disappointed but it’s got some very annoying problems that need to be addressed
UPDATE: Like many other users I was contacted after my review by customer service from . Like other users I was told that I likely had a defective projector and offered to send me a new one. I’ve had the new one Model V28/PJ1431 for about a week now and this one, thankfully seems to run just fine without any issues noticed so far so do yourself a favor and just grab the upgraded one now and save yourself the trouble

So, to start with, I am an actual buyer so I will give you an honest and thorough review.
I just recently returned a Pico projector which had a very nice image but my problem with it was that it had no way to hook up external speakers with an auxiliary Jack.
I got this projector in the mail today set it up very easily. it has a very bright picture. I noticed some of the reviews mentioned that you had to be a contortionist I think to use the remote but the one I have has a sensor on the front and the back so I’m not sure which one they got but I don’t have that issue. I will say that the screen that they give you is very thin so I would recommend either using the wall or buying a different screen but you can’t really complain too much because it is free. This does not have Wi-Fi but I have a Roku HD Express 4K that hooks up through the HDMI port and I am able to screen mirror my Netflix movies straight from my phone that I have downloaded to the Roku which then plays on the projector and the audio jack plays through the speakers so it has great sound and great picture and I am definitely impressed for the money that I spent and I got this for a third of the price of the PECO projector that I had bought previously.
Also I read somewhere on another one that somebody said something about the lenses falling out there’s a cap over them that you’re supposed to take off and there is no way that the lens is going to fall out of this thing I don’t even know how that’s possible all in all this is a great product and I have nothing bad to say about it I would recommend buying.

This works fine with HDMI cable and laptop. It does not connect with an Apple lightening cord (USB one end phone jack other end). When you chose USB in the source the projector just reverts to projector main menu screen (4 icons). Also it states it is Bluetooth compatible and is not.
